Organic and Free Range Venison

This is one of our unique meats. All our venison comes from professional hunters who adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. They are licensed with the appropriate authorities and registered with Professional Hunting Associations. Because of the ethical hunting practices coupled with excellent aging techniques we use, you will taste venison cuts as never before. The meat is incredibly soft and tender with an unmatched smooth taste. There is none of the usual metallic smell or taste in the meat. We take pride in our venison, and we know that many of our customers enjoy eating it.
